These Terms of Service govern your use of the Natureli website and the booking of consultations through it. By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Natureli provides naturopathic consultations focused on functional nutrition, phytotherapy, and clinical aromatherapy. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace the advice of a licensed physician. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including hair regrowth or the resolution of any condition. Where appropriate, we will recommend that you seek medical evaluation.
Consultations are booked through our online scheduling system. Program fees are as stated on our Services page at the time of booking, shown in Czech koruna (CZK) with an approximate euro equivalent for reference. Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before your program begins.
The initial call is free. If, after this call, either party determines the program is not the right fit, you are not obligated to continue and you will not be charged.
If you need to pause your program for a valid reason, such as illness, travel, or a change in circumstances, your remaining consultations are preserved and can be resumed when you are ready.
You agree to provide accurate information about your health history and current situation to the best of your knowledge. You remain responsible for any decisions you make regarding your health, including whether to seek separate medical evaluation.
To the extent permitted by law, Natureli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our services are provided on the basis of the information you share with us and do not constitute medical advice.
All content on this website, including text, protocols, and design, is the property of Natureli and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved under Czech jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
